Gilbert & Rose are property marketing specialists working exclusively in the South East Essex area. Although the company was formed in June 2019, they have already accumulated a strong client base, built off the strength of quality services and referrals from the community. With thousands of viewings taken place and hundreds of homes already sold, Gilbert and Rose approached Digital Pie to find an innovative way of showcasing new homes on the market through stand-out videos.
Gilbert and Rose wanted a running contract in which we would create a video for each of their properties listed for potential buyers to watch. In order to stand out from other estate agent property showcase videos, we suggested the use of our 360 Ricoh Theta V camera. The 360 camera allows customers to view every room of the house, including hallways, stairways and front/back garden, to allow a full viewing experience of the property without having to find time to actually visit it.
We also suggested the use of our Mavic 2 Zoom drone, so not only do potential customers get to view the inside of the house, but also take a look at the surrounding area. The drone shots were to help establish the location of the property, as well as get aerial views of the property itself, something customers may have not been able to see in a usual visit.
